1.3. Print Preview Menu

Print Preview Menu is used to set up options for selected task data printing.

1.3.1. Document submenu

This submenu includes Open and Save items that are intended to open / save print preview format document. User can save print preview in *.prnx format and use it later for further processing.

1.3.2. Print submenu

This submenu includes Print and Quick Print items that are intended to invoke standard Print Dialog / Start printing process with default settings.

1.3.3. Page Setup submenu

This submenu includes the items that are intended to set page / paper properties and define the scaling for printing. Scale item is used to define zoom coefficient in relation to normal size while printing. Margins, Orientation and Size items are used to set up margins properties and paper orientation and size for printing as well.

1.3.4. Navigation submenu

This submenu includes the items that are intended to navigate print preview document in multipage case. Find item is used to search a string inside a document. Pressing this item invokes the standard Find dialog.

Navigation buttons are used to turn between document pages.

1.3.5. Zoom submenu

This submenu includes the items that are intended to set options for document displaying on the screen. It contains standard zoom options (Zoom In, Zoom out, Zoom) and Many Pages button to set multipage displaying mode. Also buttons to invoke special tools (Hand Tool, Magnifier) and return to mouse pointer mode are available.

1.3.6. Page Background submenu

This submenu includes the powerful options for page background definition. Page Color item is used to set pages background color. The choice from custom, web and system color lists is available. Watermark item pressing invokes Watermark dialog that is intended to customize watermarks in the document if necessary.

1.3.7. Export submenu

This submenu includes the items useful to export / export and mail print preview document using popular file formats. After format selection user can define options for format conversion that are dependent on selected format.
